Spring Equinox Reiki Circle

We may be a few months into 2025 according to the Gregorian calendar, but the astrological new year arrives with the Spring Equinox, when we emerge from the winter inward journey and plant seeds for the future.  

The Spring Equinox closely aligns with the Aries new moon this year, so fresh start energy abounds! This is an energetically important time to cleanse and clear our energy, and plant seeds for the future we are calling in.

Come enjoy a beautiful Equinox ceremony where we will clear our energy using a special elemental technique. Then we will honor the equal parts of day and night with a balancing meditation and breathwork, and engage in guided reflection on intentions for the lives we are creating and the people we are becoming in this new season.

Finally you will receive reiki to reset and re-center your head, heart, and body. Come pour back into yourself  and give yourself permission to rest and receive with us.

What to Expect:

• A discussion of cultural and astrological equinox themes
• Guided meditation and breathwork for balancing
• Reflection and journaling on the “seeds” you are planting
• A guided energy cleansing ritual
• Both individual and group reiki healing

Bring:

• An open heart, a pen, and a journal or something to write on.
• A yoga mat or a full length cushion to lie down on 
• Wear comfortable clothes and any other blankets or props to make you more comfortable
• Water
• A sweatshirt or blanket
• An optional eyemask
• If you have any other ritual items you like to use like crystals, items from nature, photographs, etc., you may also bring them.
